Starting with Inspections on Time in an entry-level role, Criselda was one of the first employees in the New York office, She quickly moved through the ranks and became the Office Manager in 2020. In this role, she was responsible for supporting the CEO with the successful running of the business as well as working on multiple tasks at any one time. In January 2022, Criselda took over the CEO position.
